When the glass of the external mirror is damaged due to an accident, it is necessary to proceed with the replacement as soon as possible because the function of the external mirror is very important during driving, not only for parking the vehicle. To perform this operation on a BMW 1 series model e82, we need to insert a plastic lever inside the mirror in order to remove the glass by applying pressure outwards. Disconnect the glass connector and proceed with the replacement. After inserting the glass, test the functioning of the mirror by closing and opening it using the command.
