If the cabin fan struggles to start or makes a buzzing or squeaking noise when turned on, you can fix it by cleaning and lubricating the bushings where the fan shaft rotates. To perform this operation, you need to remove the complete fan assembly with the motor located just below the glove compartment on the passenger side.

You do not need to remove the glove compartment, only the cover underneath. At this point, disconnect the power connector from the fan motor and rotate it to release it. Proceed with cleaning and lubrication, ensuring that the fan spins freely before reassembling everything.
