How do you replace the battery in the BMW 3 Series?

To replace the battery installed on the BMW 3 Series, you need to open the rear hatch: here you will be able to locate the pins that secure the carpet to the base of the trunk. Once this carpet has been removed, you will be able to locate the battery in the bottom right corner: you can disconnect the device and loosen the screws that secure it to its housing. You can then insert the new battery in its place, connect it, and secure it; covering everything with the carpet will allow you to check its proper functioning.
