How to open the fuel door stuck on the BMW 5 Series?

In the BMW 5 Series, it may happen that the fuel door gets stuck, for example due to a problem with the control button or the lock actuator. In these cases, we can perform an emergency opening following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, unlock the doors using the remote control, then open the trunk door and release the right wall of the compartment by removing the corresponding clips. Then, locate the green cord and pull it towards you to unlock the fuel door and refuel.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
