This operation is performed when the remote control battery suddenly runs out and you cannot open the vehicle or the fuel filler flap; so we open the rear hatch and remove the right side cover. Now we pull the cord to open the flap and unscrew the fuel cap, thus refueling; we perform this procedure even when the flap lock is jammed.
