It is possible to reset the service light, related to the car service on a 2012 BMW X1 vehicle using the OBD port and a scanner computer, or manually reset it through the vehicle's onboard computer. Today we will show you how to reset it using the vehicle's onboard computer. Turn on the instrument panel and simultaneously press the button located under the display of the instrument panel and the BC button located on the left lever of the steering wheel. By holding down the buttons for a few seconds, we will start the reset procedure of the light, which will only be completed with the restart of the instrument panel.
