Let's see how to install a protective net under the front grille of the BMW Z4: first of all, we will need a black aluminum net that we can find at a great price on temu.com with the code 601099620104256 at 7.30 euros per roll 1.20x2.40. We will also need some scissors, a cutter, and cable ties.

Gently pull down the front grilles, using moderate force to remove the attachment points.

Cut the net slightly larger than the grille, rounding the corners for a better fit. If necessary, make holes for the passage of the ties. Place the net on the back of the grille and secure it at the least visible points, with black ties.

Cut off the excess ties with scissors and check the stability of the installation. Now insert the lower part of the grilles, then push it until it clicks and check that it is securely attached.

If we don't like the tie solution, we can use black automotive silicone (which is permanent); plastic glue (which requires some experience in application) or automotive double-sided tape (which has a shorter lifespan).
