To correctly reset the tyre pressure light on your BMW 1 Series, the steps are very simple and quick. First, inflate the tyres to the correct pressure indicated in the vehicle manual. Next, turn on the ignition, and if the car has iDrive, go to the "Vehicle Status" option, then select "Tyre Pressure Monitoring" on the screen. After that, go to the "Pressure Settings" option and select it. At this point, you will see the option "Perform Reset"; click this and go to "Reset Tyre Pressure". Once you have done this, you will see the reset in real-time on the car's screen. After completing the reset, drive for a short period to recalibrate the tyre pressures, and you're done.
