You can reset the window regulator on a BMW 3 Series by first turning on the ignition, so you can use the window regulator buttons: you will need to repeat the procedure for all the windows you want to reset. Fully open the window in question, and once it is completely down, continue to press the button down for about ten seconds. Next, completely close the window and then hold the button up for about ten seconds to complete the reset.
