How to Remove the Front Headlamp on a BMW 1 Series

See how to remove the front headlamp on a BMW 1 Series. Open the bonnet by pulling the bonnet release lever and secure it. Unscrew the fastening pins on the central bar, unscrew the screws of the splash guard, and open the bumper from the side of the headlamp. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the pins around the front headlamp. Disconnect the bulb holders from the headlamp and extract the headlamp from the vehicle body. Install the new headlamp with new bulbs if damaged (always the correct type and size) and insert the headlamp into its housing. Tighten the headlamp pins with the socket wrench; reinstall the front bumper. Test the correct operation of the lights.
