It often happens that the hood and front trim get slightly chipped by small stones that chip the paint in some areas: there are various repair kits available on the market, and below we will explain how to use them effectively. Once you identify the chip to repair, clean it thoroughly with the appropriate cleaner; then sand with the abrasive pen to remove any rust residues; using a utility knife blade, smooth the edges of the chip as much as possible and eliminate any burrs.

Next, use a brush to apply touch-up paint to the chip: you can purchase a bottle of touch-up paint in the original color; finally, remove any excess paint with a cloth and the appropriate wax, polishing until you achieve a smooth surface. For larger chips, you can also apply the paint with your fingers and then remove the excess as just described.
