The first step is to remove the right front wheel and take out all the screws securing the inner fender. Next to the fender, you will find the windshield washer fluid reservoir that needs to be removed. Underneath it, you will find the two pumps for the front and rear washer systems. You can then proceed to disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses and either repair or replace the pump.
