Removing Rear Door Panel

Model: BMW Serie 5 E61, E60 - Years 2003-2010

Disconnect the SRS/AIRBAG tag and remove the screw underneath; then remove the other two screws along the edge of the panel (one at the bottom and the other on the inner edge; these screws are covered by a cap that must be removed to unscrew them) and, using a plastic lever, release the clips; then pull the panel upward to detach it from the weatherstrip, disconnect the release lever cable and the power connector for the courtesy light and the airbag to completely remove it. Reverse the procedure for reinstallation.
