How to Replace the Front Brake Pads on a BMW 3 Series

To replace the front brake pads on a BMW 3 Series, first lift the vehicle to remove the wheel. The wheel can be taken off after loosening its mounting bolts. Once the wheel is removed, unscrew the bolts that secure the caliper using a socket wrench. After removing the caliper from the brake rotor, you can easily slide out the old pads from their housing and replace them with new ones. After the replacement, reattach the caliper to the rotor and install the corresponding wheel.
