Replace the Key Fob Battery for BMW 3 Series E90 - 5 Series E60

Follow these instructions to disassemble and replace the battery in the key fob for the BMW 3 Series E90 and 5 Series E60. First, take your key fob and remove the physical key from inside it. Then, use something thin to pry open the sides and remove the back cover to access the battery compartment, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); insert it in the correct orientation and reassemble your key!
