Remove Rear Brakes on BMW Active Tourer 2

How to remove the rear disc brakes on the BMW 2 Series Active? Here’s how to do it. Lift the car with a jack, then remove the wheel where you need to replace the brake discs. Unscrew the bolts with a socket wrench or air drill and take off the wheel. Next, start unscrewing the bolts of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to remove the brake pads. Take off the caliper bracket and unscrew the bolts on the brake disc, then pull the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Install the new brake disc with all the associated bolts, and finally, secure the caliper.
