Coolant Replacement

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003
Part: Radiator

To replace the coolant with antifreeze, follow these steps. At the lower right corner of the radiator (facing the engine bay), you will find the drain plug: position a suitable container under the plug and unscrew it to drain the coolant, also opening the filler cap of the container to facilitate emptying. Once the draining is complete, reattach the plug and fill the cooling system with antifreeze, checking if you are using a ready-to-use product or a concentrated one that needs to be properly diluted.
