Installing a Sun Visor Bracket

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003
Part: Accessory kit

The sun visor device installed on the headliner is secured through two brackets: one external (on the door side) with a hinge that allows the visor to lower and rotate towards the side window, and one internal (on the rearview mirror side) with an opening that allows both rotation and removal of the visor. To replace this bracket, first, open the protective caps over the screws and remove the screws; then, remove the old bracket and install the new one with the opening facing inward toward the cabin; once the screws are tightened, close the caps.
