To remap the ZF gearbox in a BMW 1 Series, download the application specified in the tutorial on both your smartphone and computer. The computer must then be connected to the car's OBD port, located at the bottom left of the steering column. Select the car model and corresponding version to perform all operations indicated in the video using either your smartphone or computer. Once the process is complete, disconnect the diagnostic tool and verify that the gearbox is functioning.
