How to Reset the Service Light on the BMW 1 Series

If you have just serviced your BMW 1 Series and notice the warning light appearing, don't worry; this is completely normal and can be resolved by performing a simple manual reset. First, press the "Start/Stop" button to turn on the instrument cluster. Then, press and hold the button at the end of the left stalk to enter the car's diagnostic mode. At this point, press and hold the same button again for a few seconds and release it when prompted to confirm the reset. Press it one last time and wait for the reset operation to complete. Finally, turn off the ignition.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
