This guide provides instructions to manually open and close the convertible top of the BMW 3 Series. First, open the trunk lid and begin to manually lift the convertible top; then attach it to the top of the windshield, as shown in the video. To remove the top, simply detach it and reposition it inside the designated compartment by pulling the lever located on the sides to open it; properly secure the convertible top, and then proceed to repair the automatic opening and closing mechanism!
