This guide provides instructions for removing and replacing the parking sensors on a BMW 1 Series, following these simple steps. First, move to the rear of the vehicle and begin to pry up the sides of the central plastic cover of the bumper, where the parking sensors are located; once released, you can remove the parking sensors by disconnecting the electrical connector and pushing them outwards.

At this point, install the new parking sensors, connect them, and check their operation!
