Instructions for Removing the Window Regulator Motor

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

To remove the window regulator mechanism on this convertible model, you must first remove the inner trim panel and the outer molding. Once the molding is removed, you can access the mounting pins for the window regulator through the designated holes in the body. After removing all the mounting pins (be careful not to let the pins fall inside the door panel) and disconnecting the motor connector, you can extract the complete mechanism with the glass.
