To access the windshield wiper motor, you need to remove the trim piece located just below the windshield, which is secured with a series of star screws. However, before removing this trim, you must first take off the wiper arms: remove the plastic cover at the base of the arms, loosen the securing nuts without removing them completely, and use a puller to extract the wiper arm from the drive gear (it can also be helpful to spray some penetrating oil).
