Installing LED Strip on Threshold

Installing the LED strip at the threshold will give the vehicle a unique tuning style: it mainly involves sticking the strip and then making the electrical connection by tapping power from one of the courtesy lights. The closest and most convenient light is the one that illuminates the footwell. Start by removing the plastic cover of the threshold, pulling out the weatherstrip, disconnecting the light socket, and freeing the power cables to connect the LED strip wires. Clean the threshold of any dirt residue, stick the LED strip in place, make the electrical connection using the so-called current taps, and reassemble the weatherstrip and plastic threshold.
