How to Reset the BMW 3 Series ECU?

To reset the ECU of the BMW 3 Series, access the interior of the vehicle and connect a diagnostic tool to the OBD port: this port is located at the bottom left of the steering column. Once the scanner is connected, select the specific car model and its corresponding version: this will display the list of all stored errors in the ECU. By selecting "Quick erase," you can clear all errors, effectively resetting the ECU.

Where is the Fuel Filter Located in a Volvo XC60?
