How to Remove the Airbag Module of a BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

In this video, let's see how to disassemble and remove the airbag module located in the center tunnel of a BMW 3 Series. Disconnect the battery cables located in the trunk of the car. Using a plastic trim tool, remove the center tunnel trim of your BMW. Position the gear shift knob vertically, then use the trim tool to remove the leather boot of the gear shift (disconnect the related clips). Next, use the trim tool to pry at the edge of the center console. Once the trim is removed, disconnect all the power clips. Unscrew the previously removed airbag module with a screwdriver. Install the new piece onto the trim and proceed with the rest of the assembly in reverse order.
