Where are the fuses on the BMW 5 Series located?

The fuses of the BMW 5 Series are contained inside the two fuse boxes that are present on the car: in this model it is possible to find the first box inside the passenger compartment, behind the glove compartment on the front passenger side. This box contains the fuses that deal with the operation of the power steering, heated seats, windshield wipers, etc. The second fuse box is instead located on the left side of the luggage compartment: inside this box there are the fuses for the dipped beam headlights, the passenger compartment fan, etc.

Use a screwdriver or a plastic trim tool to pry between the dome light cover and its perimeter (without breaking the plastic). Pull the bulbs to be replaced out of the dome light.
