In this video tutorial we can see how you can check and clear all engine check codes in a BMW "5 Series" F10, without any kind of scan tool or anything else, because it's all in the menu; therefore the first thing to do is to get on board the car, keep your foot off the brake pedal, therefore without touching the brake; press the START button without starting the engine; next step you have to hold down the key located under the speedometer on the left, for about 10 seconds, at this point a screen appears, then press the same key several times until you find the "Unlock" item, to unlock the menu, hold down the key until it asks us for a code; to get the code for your car, take the last 5 digits of your registration number and add them together, until you find a two-digit number; now press the key as many times as the digits you have reached (e.g. 18); now hold down the key and the menu is unlocked.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
