How and When to Refill AdBlue in a 2015 BMW X5

In this video tutorial, you can see how and when to refill AdBlue in a 2015 BMW X5. First, get in the vehicle and start the engine. Now you can see the AdBlue message and the blue warning light on the instrument panel; you can also see the AdBlue message on the central display, indicating that a refill is needed at the next opportunity and to check the owner's manual. To find out how much longer you can drive the vehicle, go to the main menu and select vehicle information, then select vehicle status. Here, select the AdBlue icon, and you can see how far you can still drive with the remaining AdBlue liquid, which also indicates that you need to add 10 qt of AdBlue. Check the owner's manual and search for AdBlue to see additional information on the right side of the screen, such as the recommended type of AdBlue: (ISO 22241-1). To refill AdBlue, open the hood, and on the right side of the engine, you will see the blue cap; unscrew the cap and refill with the necessary AdBlue liquid, then screw the blue cap back on. Once the AdBlue tank is filled, the message and warning light will disappear.
