If you own a BMW 3 Series E46 (model year 1998-2006) and want to manually reset the maintenance light that appears on the dashboard every time you start the vehicle, follow these steps carefully. First, enter the cabin and ensure that the ignition is off. Next, press and hold the small button located between the fuel gauge and the tachometer.

Then, turn on the ignition and release the button as soon as the display shows "Inspection". Finally, press and hold it again until the reset is complete.

How to Reset the Tire Pressure Light on a MG ZS?
