How to Remove the Headliner in a BMW 3 Series?

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the headliner from a BMW 3 Series E90, a very simple task. To do this, you will only need a flathead screwdriver and preferably a plastic spatula. First, remove the 4 grab handles, then extract both dome lights and disengage the panels from the two A-pillars. Next, remove both the door panels and the rear window panel, and take out the third brake light. At this point, the headliner is free to be disengaged and replaced. To reassemble everything, follow the reverse procedure.
