Replacing the Selector Seal on a BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

Today's guide will show you the main steps to remove and replace the selector seal on the transmission of a BMW 3 Series. First, lift the vehicle and locate the transmission selector; then disconnect the adjustment nut to access the seal, using a thin, sharp tool to remove it (without damaging the internal cavity), as shown in the video. At this point, lightly lubricate and install the new seal, securing it properly; finally, reassemble the transmission selector!

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Suzuki Jimny, first inflate the tyres to the pressure value indicated on the corresponding sticker: this is located at the bottom of the driver's door pillar.
