Operation: How to reset the oil light on a BMW 3 Series E46.

If the oil warning light appears on the instrument panel of your BMW 3 Series e46 (year 1998-2006) even though the oil and filter have already been changed, then all you have to do is follow this guide to reset it manually. First, make sure the instrument panel is turned off. Then, hold down the button located in the lower left part of the panel, between the fuel gauge and the speedometer. At the same time, turn on the instrument panel and release the button as soon as the display starts flashing. Finally, press it one last time and you're done.

How to reset the service in the Opel Antara?
