How to replace the cabin filter in the BMW 3 Series?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the cabin filter in the BMW 3 Series, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure the engine is cool enough, then open the hood, locate the long plastic housing located right in front of the windshield and, with an 8mm socket wrench, unscrew the bolts placed along its perimeter. Once this is done, remove the top half of the box, separate the filter from it and clean any possible residue of dirt present. Finally, insert the replacement and follow the reverse procedure to put everything back together.
