Removing the Front Fender

Before proceeding with the removal of the front fender, it is advisable to protect the front edge of the door and the rocker panel with masking tape to prevent scratches during the removal process. Lift the vehicle on a jack stand and remove the front wheel, then proceed to remove the wheel well liner secured with screws and plastic push clips. At this point, open the door just enough to access the fender mounting pins, then remove those along the hood closing line, the one at the fender edge, and the one near the rocker panel.
