How to Change the Headlight Bulb on BMW X3 F25

First, make sure you have the correct replacement bulb, D1S; ask your local parts supplier if necessary. After that, ensure the ignition is off and open the hood. Position yourself in front of the faulty headlight and unscrew the cap inside the hood. This way, you can access the bulb with your hand; make sure to remove it without damaging the electrical wires. The last step is to disconnect the electrical connections from the old bulb and connect them to the new one. Now you can reassemble everything. Be sure to dispose of the old bulb properly and use gloves while performing the operation.
