How to Reset the Maintenance Light on BMW Series 6

Model: BMW Serie 6 E64, E63 - Years 2003-2011

This tutorial shows you how to reset the maintenance light on a BMW Series 6, model E63, produced from 2003 to 2011. First, turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Next, press and hold the button on the left side of the speedometer until you enter the service menu. Then, press the same button again until you reach the oil light icon. Once there, keep the button pressed until the reset request appears, and finally confirm the reset by pressing and holding the same button again.
