To replace the battery in your 2022 BMW 7 Series G11 key, follow these simple steps. First, purchase a new button battery (CR 2032). Then, take the car remote and slide out the physical emergency key by pressing the small button located on the side of the cover. At this point, use a flathead screwdriver to remove the back cover of the remote and then take out the old, depleted battery. Finally, insert the new button battery and properly reassemble the back cover.
