Let's see the procedure to reset the tire light on the BMW 7 Series MK6 (G11/G12). The entire procedure is managed by the iDrive system (there are no physical buttons on the dashboard). Turn on the ignition. On the central screen, enter the "Vehicle" menu (car icon), then select "Vehicle Info" and click on "Tire Pressure" (it may also be "Pressure Monitoring" or directly "TPMS"). At this point, if the system has already detected the sensors, the "Reset" button will appear. Touch it to confirm the request. Now the system will instruct you to drive for 3 minutes at a speed above 18.6 mph to complete the recalibration. During the drive, the pressures will be detected and saved.
