Replacing the Rear Brake Light Bulb

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Open the trunk and remove the cover on the right side wall corresponding to the rear light where you need to replace the bulb (the procedure for the left side light is the same except that the cover is on the opposite side of the light). Locate the bulb holder release mechanism, press the lever, and pull it out. Replace the burnt-out bulb by turning it counterclockwise. Insert the new bulb by turning it clockwise. Now, repeat the same steps for reinstallation by following the reverse procedure. The maintenance operation shown in the images is performed on a BMW 3 Series.
