How to Fold Down the Rear Seats of the BMW 5 Series?

To fold down the rear seats of the BMW 5 Series, pull the black levers located next to the two outer headrests of the rear bench seat. While holding these levers down, the seatbacks will fold completely down on both sides. Once the seatbacks are down, you can access the trunk from the cabin. To return the rear seatbacks to their upright position, simply lift them until they click into place on their hinges.
