Engine Oil Change for Your Car

The frequency of oil changes depends on how you use your car. Usually, this maintenance is performed by a professional mechanic, but you can also do it yourself. First, lift the car with a jack. Then, unscrew the oil pan plug to drain the used oil. While the oil is draining, you can remove the oil filter located at the front of the vehicle using a socket wrench. Once the oil flow has stopped, proceed to install the new filter that you purchased for your car.
