This guide explains how to reset the onboard computer of your car. The onboard computer is a precise and sophisticated tool that alerts you when to replace the brake pads, perform a maintenance check, or when it's time to change the engine oil. Each time you perform one of these operations, you must replace the sensors and reset the computer so it can notify you when it's time for further maintenance. To proceed with the DIY method, turn on the ignition, press the trip odometer reset button, and using the high beam lever, select the function to reset. Press the button on the lights until the word "reset" appears.
