How to Reset the Onboard Computer on BMW 7 Series

In this brief video tutorial, learn how to perform a forced reset of the onboard computer on a BMW 7 Series, model F01/F02 produced from 2008 to 2015. First, start the vehicle and wait for the onboard computer to be fully active. To perform the forced reset, press and hold the radio volume button for at least thirty seconds or until the display on the dashboard of the onboard computer completely turns off. After that, wait a few seconds and the onboard computer will automatically restart.
