This guide provides instructions to help you locate and possibly replace the engine start fuse of the BMW 5 Series. First, locate the external fuse box, which is situated at the top right of the engine compartment; then identify the ignition fuse and relay, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace any faulty fuse with a new one of the same amperage (the owner's manual indicates the fuse layout and diagram); finally, check the operation!
