How to Replace the Courtesy Lights on the BMW 5 Series?

Model: BMW Serie 5 E61, E60 - Years 2003-2010
Part: Interior dome light bulb

To replace the courtesy lights on the BMW 5 Series, use a tool to pry and completely detach the interior light fixture from its housing in the center of the headliner. Once the light fixture is removed, you can pull the bulbs from the inside and disconnect the connector. After inserting the new bulbs, reconnect the connector to the light fixture. It can now be reinserted into its housing, and check its operation.
