This video shows the position of the fuse boxes located in the BMW 1 Series E87. Inside the cabin, you can find them behind the glove compartment. To access them, remove the cover from the lower bracket by pressing forward, then disconnect the glove compartment by pressing both handles to lower it. The fuses and relays located in the engine compartment are in a box bolted to the frame under the bonnet, on the left side; additional relays are in the same position but on the opposite side of the bonnet, on the right side, near the right front shock absorber strut.
