How to reset the service light on a BMW
Model: BMW BMW Various
The reset of the service indicator light, related to the car service on a BMW 3 Series vehicle of various generations, follows the same steps on both the E90 and E80 and so on. The reset of the indicator light should be done only after completing the maintenance required by the vehicle. To perform the reset of the indicator light, we must turn on the instrument panel and immediately press the button on the left of the tachometer to access the settings menu, wait 4 seconds for the menu to appear on the display and select the oil light symbol. Press the BC button until the reset is complete.
