The battery installed on the BMW X1 can be replaced by opening the trunk and removing the panel located at its base. Once removed, it will be possible to access the bottom part that contains the battery: the latter can be removed from its housing after disconnecting the cables and after the respective bolts have been unscrewed. Once the old battery has been completely removed, the new one can be inserted, which must be placed in its housing and connected to the cables. After installation, the panel can be reinserted at the base of the trunk.
